Anyone who visits this site regularly probably has a good idea of what a complete computer geek I can be. So it should come as no surprise that I’ve fine-tuned the old timelapse movie feature of this site to make bigger and better timelapse movies of the sky from my WebCam.
I’ve started publishing some of the timelapse movies on my Web site. But I thought I’d also share some of the really good examples of monsoon weather build-up here, on wickenburg-az.com.
Here’s the latest, from yesterday’s sky. And, in case you’re wondering, the storm never reached us at wickenburg-az.com headquarters on the southwest side of town.
After clicking this image, you may have to wait a while before it starts playing. Remember, it has to load the entire movie before it starts to play, so if you’re on a dial-up connection to the Internet, this can take some time. Be patient and click only once. It’ll play right in this window. QuickTime is required.
I’d love to get your comments about the movie. Use the Comment link or form for this post to share them with site visitors.
