After nearly two full years with our WordPress-based Web site and its original design, I decided to update WordPress and completely redesign the site. What you’re seeing right now is the new design, based on a WordPress theme by Nurudin Jauhari.
About the New Design
I chose this design because it makes it possible to show off photos of Wickenburg in the header area while offering a clean, easy-to-read format for content. Oddly enough, none of them have stepped forward and offered to write down their thoughts about the town. I guess it’s a lot easier for them to complain. Posted by Maria Langer on June 18th, 2007I had a troubling e-mail from one of this site’s authors the other day. He was upset that another author (and I, indirectly) had published the location of a nearby natural wonder. When I responded that I saw no reason not to publish the location — especially since it was already published in a popular local book by Dana Burden — he told me to remove all of his articles from the site.
